The Motorola moto g pure is not unlocked and we cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with other carriers, however, it works great on the Boost Mobile network! 4. How do I activate? After I receive my Motorola moto g pure in the mail, what do I do?
This phone will not be activated. You will need to visit Boost Mobile’s website to activate your phone at: activate.boostmobile.com
. 5. I am an existing Boost Mobile customer, can I swap to this phone?
Yes, existing customers are eligible for purchase. Once your phone is received, log in to your Boost Mobile account and visit myaccount.boostmobile.com/dashboard/swap-phones
to swap phones. 6. Can I purchase in bulk?
Unfortunately we do not sell in bulk via our Pricetronic listings, purchases are limited to 2 phones per customer, and we cannot honor volume discounts. 7. What is the shipping policy?
We ship to the United States only and cannot ship internationally. In addition, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarding shipping addresses, or to Boost Mobile dealers, retailers, or resellers. 8. What is the return policy?
Buyer's remorse returns will be accepted within 30-days of purchase provided buyer pays return shipping and the following conditions are met:
• Handset must be received in good/new condition with no physical damage.
• Handset must be in original packaging with all accessories.
• Handset must not have a screen (security) lock.
• Handset must not have been activated for more than 7 days.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the date the returned handset is received for inspection, prior to receiving a refund if the return policy requirements are met. 1
